Pre Requisite: Lessons in Happiness workshop ( 4 hours)
Research provides clear evidence of the power of Gratitude in improving personal wellbeing as well as our relationships.
In order to fully understand the physical, mental and emotional benefits, we require that participants first experience the Lessons in Happiness workshop, where the “reason why” and “what’s in it for me” are explained.
After attending the workshop, participants commence the 90 day Gratitude program, which requires an investment of only 10 minutes a day, plus the time to action 3 deliberate daily activities identified by the participant.
The program is based on sound principles of positive psychology and neuroscience whereby participants answer 3 daily questions to focus the conscious and sub-conscious mind.
We strongly recommend that participants work with one or more accountability partners to provide support and celebrate wins. Previous participants have created closed online group in social media such as Facebook, which have proved highly effective, inspirational and meaningful.
