Helping leaders build competitive advantage through psychologically healthy workplaces

We understand how difficult it is for leaders to deliver outstanding commercial and cultural performance.

With psycho-social factors such as depression, mental stress, anxiety, fatigue, mental illness and apathy on the rise and more present in the workplace, it’s getting even harder.

When leaders get it right, organisations, teams and individuals thrive. When they get it wrong, the impact on profit, performance and people’s lives can be devastating.

In short, we help leaders and team members create workplaces that are great to work in, where employees feel psychologically safe, fit and productive, and results flow.

We’ve trained over 15000 people, across a range of industries, and understand the frameworks and processes required to create thriving workplaces. We also understand the ‘people’ challenges that get in the way and we are constantly observing and researching new ideas and successful practices, so we can pass tips and strategies on to our clients.

We live in a fast paced world, with constant change and increasing demands both in and outside the workplace. Leaders are becoming increasingly responsible for managing the impact of both, understanding that there is an impact on the wellbeing and performance individual, the team and the organisation.
