This program is an extension of the half day workshop with additional time allowing for:
– A more detailed and business specific application of the frameworks
– A skill building component – The Advocacy/Enquiry conversation
The Advocacy/Enquiry conversation
The AI conversation is designed to empower participants with the competence and confidence to engage peers and team members in conversations when early warning signs are identified.
The conversation tool is based on understanding the workings of the brain, providing leaders with the opportunity to both influence and focus others’ thinking.
Equally important is understanding the balance between inquiry and advocacy in a way that demonstrates both care and consequence.
Participants will engage with the tool through work related case study examples, before having an opportunity to practise the tool and receive peer feedback.
In keeping with the Larsen Jensen mantra of “If you see, you own it” participants will identify or create a clear escalation process for their organisations should the conversation either:
– Not yield the desired result or behaviour
– Uncover mental or emotional conditions that require professional or clinical assistance.
