This is the foundation program and a pre requisite for the Mastery series and Gratitude program.
The overall aim of this workshop is threefold:
– Discover how to create sustained Happiness
– Understand and boost personal energy levels
– Create a set of GO TO strategies to manage difficult times
The program is ideally suited for schools, teams, organisations and community groups and can be run offsite or on client premises.

– A personal Happiness Stocktake
– Workshopped strategies to close or improve identified gaps
– How to master your thoughts and take control of your mind
– A Proven, evidence based 10 minute daily tool to set yourself up for daily happiness
– Clarifying and embedding a vision for your life
– How to overcome procrastination
– How to maximise personal energy
