Happiness boasts 5 million searches per month on Google, yet in some ways the pursuit of happiness through comparison and self measurement can cause unhappiness itself, without an understanding of the core foundations on which happiness is built.
Our personal happiness programs create a clear understanding of the core foundations of happiness in the context of busy modern lives and provide practical tools and ‘go to ‘strategies to sustain happiness on a daily basis.
Lessons in Happiness workshop ( 4 hours)
This is the foundation program and a pre-requisite for the Mastery series and Gratitude program.
The overall aim of this workshop is to:
- Discover how to create sustained happiness
- Understand and boost personal energy levels
- Create a set of GO TO strategies to manage difficult times
Personal and Relationship Mastery series ( 90 min – 2 hrs)
The Mastery series provides self awareness, confidence, and skills to that empower individuals to master and own the relationships they have with themselves and others.
90 Day Gratitude Program
A 90 day Gratitude program based on sound principles of positive psychology and neuroscience, requiring an investment of only 10 minutes a day.
