With over 10 years experience in the delivery of Leadership, Culture Transformation and Behavioural Safety Leadership programs, we understand that organisations vary in terms of their cultural maturity, change readiness, and commercial and cultural priorities.

With this in mind, we  tailor our core messages to you audience, whether you are at the beginning of your psychological safety culture transformation journey, and need to focus on the basics first, or whether your safety culture is already mature, and looking to move to the next level.

Our client engagement process is highly consultative, and the following suite of programs can be customised and integrated to meet your specific needs, readiness and capacity to deliver the changes and outcomes you require.

Leaders – How to create a strategic Psychological Safety Framework ( Half Day)

This is the core program that underpins any of our engagements with client organisation and provides awareness, education, context as well as an understanding of the legal and cultural frameworks required to implement an effect Psychological Safety strategy.

Leaders – How to create a strategic Psychological Safety Framework ( Full Day)

This program is an extension of the half day workshop with the additional time allowing for a more detailed business application of the frameworks, and includes a skill building component to hold an Advocacy/Enquiry conversation.

Team members – Owning Psychological Safety and social support ( Full Day )

An  employee  version of the full  day program for leaders, with a specific focus  on the personal and team  benefits  of creating an environment of social support as well as a skill building component to hold an  Advocacy/Enquiry conversation. 

Strategies to enhance Psychological Safety Series ( 2 hours) – Leaders or Teams

This suite of tools has been designed to assist managers to consult effectively with their team members and collaboratively create plans and set improvement goals.

Depending on the organisation’s level of cultural maturity, and that of its teams, these programs can be delivered to groups of leaders or to individual teams.
